Cannot Log-in - After hitting launch client wont start.

I tried everything with Rads and projects folder etc. - Didnt help I re-installed 2x - nothing Forced patch like 5x - nothing Tried change languages, servers - nothing

Just tell me someone what to do.. My connectin is ok, my firewall is fine - no antivirus block lol.exe or anything else. Steam and everything works fine..

Yesterday i was able to play, now im not. No windows update just nothing has changed.. So im helpless.
