in-game league freezes but i can still move?

it started happening about 2 weeks ago, my league in-game would freeze but i could move, but when a minion dies it doesn't die it stays there and has no health bar and then boom after 30 sec my screen explodes and everything i missed when frozen happens instantly.

it started with 30 sec of freezing every 5 mins or so but how it lasts for 2 mins and still happens every 5 mins, im getting raged at because my game freezes but in the past i had no problem with league.

At this point it is ruining my gaming experience, i cant enjoy league anymore because if im ahead in cs it freezes them 2 mins later im back and now im behind or i die because it freezes and i get raged at.
