Locked out of buying boots in an ARAM.

Zoned into this ARAM (NA servers) earlier today after the patch. Bought a couple items, realized I wanted to buy something else, hit undo to clear them out, went to buy boots and a tear and realized I couldn't buy boots at all. Tier 1 and tier 2 boots were locked out for me, per the image. Don't think they were locked out before I did the undo to clear things. Couldn't tell you exactly what I bought and undid.
