4 Major Irella Bugs

All 4 of the bugs below function off of the same mechanic that is the 2nd cast of her E you do not need to hit anything with the spell to trigger these bugs and can just spam it wherever u want.

1. Doran Ring. on the reactivation of E you will revive 8 procs of dorans ring passive if u dont kill anything. This makes the the real cost of the spell only 50-32=18 mana as long as you reactivate the spell.

2. Phage. on the reactivation of E you will revive a kill proc (60 ms) even without hitting or killing anything

3. Jaurim's fist. on the reactivation of E you will revive 8 procs of the fist granting you 40 hp once again u can do this without hitting anything so if you wanted you could stack the item for free on the fountain.

4. Seekers Armgaurd. Same as the above u get 8 procs every time u reactivate your E.
