Game Freezed in Bann phase [Crash]

Somebody in my Team did'nt banned and the time was frozen on "0". Men and my Teammabers could still Chat with each other. After 5 mins I closed the game and now im unable to Join the Queue again. If i Press "Find a match" I do hear the Sound that my mouse command was accept but nothing else happend then. Can't join queue.

I need help please !! :(

TL;DR : game freezed in bann phase, dodged, now cant join queue.
