Attempting to Reconnect = GG

In the past when your internet connection would stutter the attempting to reconnect box would come up and then you would reconnect. For the last several months when this happens your game is immediately over. You have to close the client, exit the client, go in to task manager and then close any remaining instances of the client. Then you have to restart the client and hope it actually starts on the first attempt. This process takes anywhere from 3-5 minutes. The client has gotten more and more buggy over the last few months. Once you get in game it works great (besides the attempting to reconnect bug). I've received several bans for this now. When this bug hits you as a jungler early game your game is guaranteed to be ruined. The client needs some serious working on. It happens to me out of nowhere. My internet can be working perfectly well and I'll see attempting to reconnect and you could wait forever but it never will.
