[CRASH] Nearly a month i keep having problems in going into the game (MACBOOK)

When turning into the in-game loading screen, it appears white screen and tell me to try to reconnect or leave, every time was failed to reconnect and lead me to re-open the game. Recently, even i restart my mac still can't reconnect the game. IT CAUSED ME get afk report . GG
