I got an S- rank in a game as Taric, and I got a key fragment instead of a chest. I own Taric and have gotten no chests this month so I should have gotten the chest

Have you earned a chest as Taric in the past? You can only earn one chest per champion per season, so if you have already gotten a chest as Taric in the past, then you will not be able to earn another one as him until next season.
