Syndra W doesn't work if CCd mid-cast

As Syndra, if you use your W the second time and then get CCd while in animation the throw will cancel but the skill goes on cooldown, yet the target that was grabbed still appears as such and is dragged alongside her and the tooltip can be seen but skill can't be used again to throw it.
