Leaver Buster infinite? lower priority que

After having left about 3 games (due to game crashes, although that is not relevant now) i have been placed in lower priority que by leaver buster. i successfully played 2 games with it, but in my 3rd attempt to play a game my lower priority que status counts down from 5 minutes and continues to repeat. Is anyone else experiencing this seemingly never-ending loop?

essentially i am unable to que up for matchmade games because my que is never allowed to begin with leaver buster. I realize that my que can be extended to twenty minutes, but i have been in leaverbuster que for about 30 minutes and still not been allowed to enter a game.
