Client Sizing Bug

As I open up League on my computer, the client is so large it doesn't fit the screen properly. This results in the options and chat buttons on the right side of the screen to be cut off, making me unable to resize. I Need help or needs patch?

I'm having the same problem every time I get out of the game. On the plus side, getting back into the client after a game has been significantly improved as it used to take 1-2 minutes and now only takes 15 seconds.
