[GAMEPLAY] Shop item descriptions covered by champion info descriptions

When hovering the cursor over an item in the shop menu, a popup will appear displaying detailed information about the item. If there is a piece of the champion info behind the shop menu ( automatically opened when you open the shop ) then the dialogue box for detailed information on that champion info will cover the dialogue box i am trying to view for the item. In the image, my cursor is hovering over Relic Shield.

Steps to reproduce: 1) Open shop menu 2) Buy any item 3) Hover cursor over the item and any piece of champion info in the background

This bug happens often to me in games when I go to read the item descriptions of items i have bought. This bug happens on every champ and in every game I play. Thanks for fixing this!
