[GAMEPLAY] Sylas W Does no Damage and Goes on Cooldown

Sometimes when Sylas uses the second part of his E and W together, the W has no effect (no damage or heal), and goes on cool down. This happens consistently enough to be a problem, however, the bug does no occur 100% of the time.

I have tested the bug with different items, cool down reduction, and runes. Changing any of these still seem to trigger the bug.

I have not tested this with Lunar Wraith Sylas.

Bump Annoying bug when my Sylas doesn't heal and dies.

its simple really. you cancel the spell yourself since the second cast of your e stuns you when it lands. you can easily reproduce this by using w while your second e is in the air and about to hit a target. technically not a bug but definitely annoying.
