Could not pick my champion during ranked game.

I was last ban, and after i banned the last champion "Gnar" his skill tips covered the chat screen so i couldnt type, and all the champions disapeared.

I couldnt click skins or champions it was froze... i tried pressing buttons to type... and i coudnt see chat iwndow... it just froze wierd like.. but the timer kept ticking... first person picked... and then when it was me and my teamates turn he picked.. and i still coudnt do anything... and i got a leaver :P
