2 bugs - normal draft penalty and yasuo barrier

Hi.

I just got penalty of 5 minute waiting in queue because some guy left normal draft during champ selection. Is it normal? If yes, why in the Graves name I got this penalty? Second thing, I noticed that Yasuo barrier worked on Lux... W ? I don't know her very well - attack with projectile turning into bomb which after explosion slows down enemies. So I noticed that Yasuo barrier worked on explosion - not projectile. It supposed to block projectlies, right?
