FIX ULTIMATE BUG!!! ENEMY CAN STILL MOVE AND CAST SKILL ... TSK! TSK!

(at the tower) splat me with his ultimate while my ultimate skill was on... and also sometimes during the other previous games enemies just walk by while i use my ultimate. sooo annoying.

Played him yesterday... didn't have this problem at all... do you have video of the skill being active and people using abilities or walking by?
