Kog'maw bugs - n' stuff - relatively full of bugs and/or random stuff

In game Kog'maw's base attackspeed is listed as 0.625 which was the value that he had before he was hotfixed. Either this is a visual bug that only shows up on my computer or his base AS never got buffed. Kog's q changed in 5.22. Previously, you could q flash which would cancel the cast animation and fire the projectile from the position you flashed to like an Ahri charm, Lux binding etc. (the only change to the q spell was that when you activate your w your cast times are halved on your other abilities. Someone most have changed the code for how that spell worked and it was not stated in the patch notes, so I am assuming it is a bug). While we are on the notes of bugs, for the love of all that is holy, fix the Jayce bugs! If you switch from ranged to melee form whilst issuing and autoattack command, your empowered melee basic attacks fires with 500 range. To reproduce you most stand next to someone in your ranged form within the 500 range press r and and auto attack immediately after(almost simultaneously) . 2) Another Jayce bug - with a smaller reproduction rate, aka. I don't know what the triggering circumstances are - is when you q-e in ranged from and your acceleration gate is not deployed. This is only an issue if you q into e in ranged form. E into q does not trigger this and you have to be somewhat fast. - this is a tricky one to track down but it is there. - unless you are telling me that I am just terrible at the game, which is fair... but still! Back to kog... The biggest bug is that he does no damage relative to the glass-canon-hyper-carry-hype-train that his rework was presented with in the 5.22 patch notes * and seeing as he got no changes in 5.23 I can only assume that the people responsible want to assess their hotfix' effect on his state within the game(see the first bug). I just want to try and play the kog'maw that was on the pbe and got nerfed extensively before hitting live - I want to see what all the fuss was about! Cus it sure as "a burning inferno" don' feel like it was worth no worry tah me! ^^
