Champion select failure

This is a bug that I've had numerous times since season 6 started. Ever since the champion select was updated it will crash fairly often. I get to where I can pick an intended champ and maybe choose a ban, but I when it comes time to actually lock in a champ its just a blank screen. I can't see a single champion, the drop down animation doesn't even go off. Sometimes I don't even get to choose a ban its just blank from the get go. I can HEAR it, the timer and people locking in, I just can't do anything. In addition to that bug, another bug is where I can't see the timer go down or what people pick until I move my mouse around. (like I have to keep moving the mouse or the timer just freezes) This is absolutely ridiculous and I'm getting leave timers, missing out on games with friends and losing ranked points because of this. I have video footage to prove it if need be, but for the love of god someone make this stop. Solo que is enough of a hell as it is, I don't need the actual game to make it worse.
