[GAMEPLAY] xin q never end on inhibitor and nexus

when u hit any pasive buildings (inhibs, nexus) xin q make more dmg and less cd on all abilities but dont use q stack so you can atack inhib and nexus with q all time before time on it end

1. launch Q
2. hit nexus/inhibitor
