Live Game won't Load

On Saturday, October 18, I was playing LOL and it was working fine. The next day I get on and try to play a game with my friends and it says that it was, "Unable to connect to server. If you have a firewall, you may want to turn it off". I did not have a firewall on, so I reset my computer and believed it was ok. It wasn't. It popped up once more and I was dissapointed that I couldn't play. I have been trying to play ever since since I have checked for a firewall blocking league and found none. The whole week I have tried to play but couldn't. I really need help with this. I am connected to the NA server. After trying it today, instead of saying unable to connect it just says game has crashed.

[EDIT] October 25, 2014 Today I read the toolbox guide and went under the "after selection game won't load/crash. I saw that it told me to reinstall LOL, so I did. After reinstalling it I tried a practice game with bots, and it still didn't load. I will get someone to look at my firewalls, but I think my account may be bugged.
