Tahm Kench W recast with Minions Doesn't work multiple times a game.

I play Tahm Kench in the top lane often and his W recast(minion spit) often doesn't work and just spits the minion out right in front of his model and causes many missed CS. It has been like this for a considerably long time now with no fixes.
