JHIN AIM GLITCH (PISSED)

WHAT IS WRONG WITH JHIN!?!?!? Okay... So I was in game (Aram, specifically) when I noticed that dancing grenade, "G", was not working. I tried messaging so that my teammates were aware that I might not be able to play correctly, and to my surprise the "g" in chat worked! So I continued playing the game and used deadly flourish, "W", and it worked, but I** wasn't given the option to aim** at a target- he just shot! I tried using captive audience next, "E", and he just placed the trap, again- I was not given the option to decide where to place it. THAT'S NOT ALL FOLKS!!!!! Later into the game I instinctively hit "G", in an attempt to use dancing grenade- and WHAT HAPPENED!?!?!? THE B|TCH WORKED!!!!! HA!!! IKR!?!?! But, oh boy! It's not what you're thinking!! I guarantee that!! The circle that appears around you so you know what your range is??? Never showed up. Nope. He just shot. After about 16 minutes into the game I FINALLY DISCOVERED SOMETHING!!_ APPARENTLY _ you have to FLICKING HOVER OVER THE FLICKING ~~ ENEMY TO SHOOT THE B|TCH~~!!!! So, did Jhin get updated?? Nerfed?? Has this happened to anyone?? Or am I just glitching?? Please, Jhin is my main. I need help.... Thanks in advance guys- sorry about the rant.
