Client matchmaking glitching

I have tried several times to enter matchmaking but each match someone "disconnects" in the last five seconds and the game never starts. The queue selection for draft is halfway out of the window when I am trying to select the lane I wish to play in. Have reset the game and my laptop but this has resolved nothing. hoping it is not an issue for everyone!
