Xayah it says I don't own xayah or even the skins after being using them from a gift weeks ago.

I don't own Xayah or her skin after it was gifted to me I have her chest showing I unlocked her I still have all 3 of my refund tokens. I was gifted the champ and the skin by a person who recently got banned. Is this the reason? My Summoner name is UnReformedIcup. thank you.

Hey UnReformedICUP,

If there was a chargeback issued from the person who gifted you, that'd certainly be a reason why the content was removed from your account. Player Support would be able to look at your account and see exactly what happened. If you shoot 'em a ticket they'd be more than happy to investigate.
