Kindred Mark Doesn't Apply Stack
Trying to capture this but I've noticed when I assist or kill (a marked target) it sometimes does not grant the stack. Any one else seeing this? (The jungle seems to always accurately give stack)

If you had just marked them you need to wait a bit for the mark to fully "activate". As in you see the animation of the stack but you need to wait for it to finish.
