Update Failed, unspecified error occurred, please check the logs for more information HELP

Ever since patch 6.4 I have been getting this error message "Update Failed, unspecified error occurred, please check the logs for more information" every time I try to patch. Here are a list of things I have tried. -Shutting down -Updating windows, Firewall, graphics card and restarting -Deleting files that may have been corrupted such as RADSSolutions, RADS_Projects_launcher/_patcher, RADS_Projects_launcher(highest number) -Uninstalling league and deleting all files then restarting and reinstalling -Running Repair on client -Changing regions -Restarting modem Someone please help I feel like I have tried everything and have spent upwards of 6 or 8 hours trying to fix. Always remember how much I love league when things like this happen. PLEASE HELP!
