Blocking someone is not adding them to block list.

Your block list is probably full. How many are on it?

Ya this happened to me too. A limit to the block list is stupid.

I was wondering if you block ur friend and unblock them and your trying to gift them and there name doesn't appear on the gift section. I was wondering when will I be able to gift my friend. ASAP
