Store is glitchy!

Ever since the patch 4.21, the entire store has been either unresponsive or glitchy. Most of the time just clicking on the store button just leads you to a blank page with no store tabs on the left. Another thing is the store can present a Session Expired page. All the devices running in my household are working perfectly, so I know this problem didn't originate from my internet connection. Hope Riot seeks to fix this immediately.
