Didn't get the Champion i bought...

So i have bought the champion as known as zed.. after i bought him with 6300 BE (my BE balance got down) but i haven't gotten the champion... 40 mins have passed and it has never happened to me .... have any one encounter this ? how can i get my BE back ? or get the champion?

Hey this is a new bug a lot of people are experiencing. Send in a ticket to support and say what happened they should be able to help you.

I bought Vi from my loot for 3700 BE and some error poped up telling me to reopen my client, i did so and my BE was gone and Vi was still in loot unpurchased,,,
