Champion select screen bug

After queue, when entering the champ select, all the bans and picks of my last pleyed game were showing. Didn't allow me to do anything, just eventually made me queue dodge. After waiting the 5mins penalty, tried to start a game again, but the exact same thing appened, forcing me again to dodge queue, and get a 30min penalty. This is a pretty anoying, and should be taken care of asap. Also i think its time for riot to think about new ways of apllying penalties, as people who get bugs, are penalized the same way, and that just seems unfair.
