Account transfering

The thing is that i just transfered from EUNE to EUW but, and whilst transfering i had to change my log in username and my username in game. But now after i transfered i cant even log in to my account.(and im sure i know the log in username). Another strange this is that when i press on the forgot my username button and write my email the only 2 acc that are coming up are some other accounts that i have made on EUW i while ago but not my transfered acc. Has this happened anyone else or is it just me?
