[Client] PBE not launching.

I've been trying for the past few hours to join the PBE server just for the Bug-splat to appear. It's not doing the same when i join my main server(EUNE) but for some reason...it just hates PBE...is there something i can do to fix it?

I've been trying for a few DAYS just to get the regular league client to open. Let alone the PBE client which is also broken right now for me too.
