Can anyone answer my question?

So today I've been trying to get into matches on League of Legends and for some reason I keep getting disconnected. I saw that League was experiencing some problems and they are trying to fix it, but I've still been placed in a lower priority queue for this. Basically I have to wait 10 minutes before getting into a queue because of the server problems on League, not because I was intentionally leaving the game. Is there any way I can get this corrected so I can get out of the lower priority queue?
