So im not so sure if im correct but so far i know the key fragments resets every 30 days but so far i havent go any key fragments for 24 days straight and im not so sure if im just unlucky or this is some kind of bug.Any info about will help me alot!Thanks for ur time .(Im so so sorry if im posting this in the wrong board)
It's no bug, just a low drop rate that gets lower the more keys you earn. But since it's a %chance you can get fucked and not get anything at all.
You have to win on champs you own to have a chance to get a key frag. The chance is higher if you play with friends in a premade group. They did say that after some number of wins, they will automatically force the random generator to drop you a key to avoid getting people too screwed by the system.
