Started a game as Zac, when I connected and tried to move the game forced me to move to the enemies fountain and no where else, even when I clicked anywhere.
As a result I was forced to leave so I didn't feed even more, and besides I couldn't do anything.
I sincerely hope that this is noticed by devs, or a solution is found as I've found posts on this problem ranging from 8 months ago.

If this happens to you, hit your recall or stop hotkey so you stop moving then close and reload the match. It's some sort of issue with your mouse interacting with the window. It may be Windows's fault, not Riot's.
My friend had that same thing happen months ago. He was able to leave and rejoin to fix it. Luckily he had only been executed, but it was pretty funny hearing his response as his champ sprinted down mid lane.
This is a known bug that has been occurring for a while. You can stop it by exiting the game, and reconnecting
Not sure if excuse for leaving/feeding, or if actually bug... hmmm.
