Bug:Can Flash Out Of Urgot's Ult

I was able to flash just before the end of Urgot's ult in a few matches. No I did not flashback to where I was standing before the ult happened. The Urgot reported that his Ult used mana and did go on cooldown. This was not an isolated incident as it had occurred over the course of a few games.
