New Account wont let me choose between 3 champions to recieve for free.

I made a new EUW Account and every time I have to choose one of three champions to keep, my game doesn't allow me to choose one. First the choices are like Darius, Yi and someone else. At first that didn't work but the bug went away. Then it happened again with the second set of champions, and then it happened with the set I have now. Which is Illaoi, Draven, and someone else. I can't get past it which means I can't play.
