[Crash] - LoL client frequently crashing mid game after most recent patch

I have been stuck trying to get better and lift myself out of bronze for a while. I was at 88LP and one more win would've placed me in my promos. I was doing quite well in game and my team was winning solidly. Then suddenly, my game simply crashes. I have tried a multitude of times to reconnect to the game but I get the same error over and over again. I know it is not my system as I only have one program running and I have never had this problem before. I have also not downloaded any new content or programs to my computer.

I am guessing now that my team will simply /ff at 20 because it is now a 4v5. I am tired of losing LP for instances that cannot be controlled like this particular instance. However, this is not the first case where this happened. Yesterday, I had a game where at some point, the entirety of both teams (one or the other all at once) would simply dc due to crashes. Please let me know if there are any quick fixes for this because I believe this to be a problem one the side of the Riot Servers.
