Hextech not working

So I got this message form hextech while disenchanting saying a rather interesting message that basicly just says your disenchant failed and to restart your clinic and try again. I would love ta but the item i disenchanted also isn't in my inventory ((a teemo shard)) and I didn't even get the blue essence? Common riot you making us work twice as hard to earn and get champs through your new system but it's bugged and we can be jipped outta essence and shards?
