1920x1080 Resolution Issue

For some reason, when I load up into a game of League with the resolution set to 1920x1080 (desktop resolution) the game looks like a zoomed in version of 600x800. The mouse cannot click anything without being far away from the actual icon, and player names are nowhere near their characters. The game was working fine last week, and I have made no changes to the computer or game settings. I have tried rebooting the game and reinstalling the game.

I'm not really sure about this. Could you try switching to Fullscreen (even if you don't want it in fullscreen atm, just try it)? If you post on Help & Support the Rioters there may be able to give you some troubleshooting to try. Sorry I couldn't be of more assistance.
