Teleport boots bug unlimited teleports

HI, So I found a bug around the teleport boots on Brawlers. The effect is you can teleport all the time anytime without any teleport boots or summoner spells How it activates is

1. buy teleport boots
2. Use teleport boots, while teleporting change the enchantment on your boots
3. effect is now active people are able to teleport around with no cool downs

I should note if you move the boots in your item slots the effect disappears.

Thanks for your time Ghostraven58
