No End Game Stats

This afternoon, after having not played for quite some time, I updated League. I decided to play a few games to get back into the swing of things, but found something odd. After my games, I'd hit continue under Victory/Defeat and...nothing would happen. No end game screen would pop up, just nothing at all would happen. The only thing I can do is re-launch the game, which is kind of annoying because I'd like to be able to see the stats after a game if possible.

If anybody could tell me how I might be able to fix this I'd appreciate it.
