[CLIENT] Client has no launch button

When I launch league the client has no launch button.

How to reproduce:

  1. Double click shortcut to lolclient
  2. Client appears with no launch button, with a black screen.

Attached is a screenshot.

Try typing "thereisnourflevel" (no quotes)
