[Windows 10] Client Crashes, forced to repair.

This bug has been happening for over a month or 2 now, it just happened as of now after I finished a game and clicked "Home". The LoLClient.exe dies and when loading it back up I have to repair the "corrupted files" or it will never launch, is this an issues with Windows 10 or not?
