[GAMEPLAY] spellthief edge not giving gold

it happens with a number of champs i played - lux Q, Vel Koz Q, i.e skills that hits bit does not give sight of the champion you hit. this in particular happens at start of game before minion spawns

1. you have charges on spellthief edge

2. you hit someone with your skills without seeing the champ

3. it consumes spellthief edge charges but does not give you gold.

4. sometimes it does not give any gold despite you sight & AA the champ and uses all 3 charges

i tried and it happens a number of games
