Where is my Hextech Chest for earning S- or higher??

I played Poppy in Aram and got an S but i did not get no Hextech Chest but only a Fragment Key??!! WHY?! I have 4 available chest to receive?? SO where is it??!!!

Look at your champion collection in your profile. If you earned a chest on Poppy this season, there'll be a gold border around her portrait. You can also hover over her to see your highest grade earned, and it'll say if you've had a chest this season or not.

have you already gotten a chest on poppy and I don't think you can get chest from aram either way(I don't play aram much so I could be wrong)

You can get chests from ARAM, just not level 6 or 7 tokens.

My poppy is only lvl 3 i believe.
