[Tooltip] Soraka Starcall Tooltip Incorrect
Both the in-game tooltip and the champion overview for starcall (q) don't mention how she heals herself after hitting targets. Even the update months ago only mentioned it in the paragraphs below

That's because it is not an effect from Starfall; it is gained from Astral Infusion, and is in the Astral Infusion tooltip. Higher ranking AI increases the heal, higher ranking SF does nothing for it.
