Quinn bug with Tahm Kench

There was a bug in a game I played when I as Tahm Kench used Devour on Quinn while she was on her Valor form. Quinn died inside Tahm and since then quinn was on valor form for the rest of the game. The cooldown for herult was 140 seconds permanently
