[Gameplay] Teemo start game passive issue

Teemo's passive camouflage can be given away by lane minions at early levels (1-2). It will not break camouflage, but it will give the enemy laner a good idea of where you are.

1. Enter custom game.
2. Pick Teemo.
3. Go to lane and stand stealthed where the enemy lane minions will be heading.
4. As lane minions approach, they will stop in their path and attack you while your in stealth.

Can replicate every time, was thinking it might be intentional to keep a teemo from exp. camping, but it only happens at early levels (1-2). Couldn't get the minions to attack me in stealth after level 3, even if there were none of my lane minions to target.

EDIT: Noted it wont break camouflage.
