I was launching leauge and this is what my client looks like. It's not PBE it just changed at random has this happened to anyone else?

Yeah. It's hideous and I hate it. If they're gonna keep this a darkmode version would be nice. Also maybe some detail.

New client is being slowly rolled out to players on the live servers. This has been happening for several weeks now.
